Lesson policies

Simple rules so outdoor and indoor days stay fair for everyone.

Booking

Outdoor lessons are booked on this site. Location is confirmed when you pick a time: Olson Field, DeSoto Field, or Viera Regional Park.
Indoor lessons are booked through Ballplex ($85 / lesson on their site).
Outdoor pricing: $85 single · $300 for a 4-pack.

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the lesson.
Each account gets 2 free late cancels (inside 24 hours) per year.
After those are used, a late cancel may forfeit the lesson (it won't return to your pack).
4-pack: you can skip this lesson (that time opens back up; remaining lessons stay on your pack, and a weekly time stays held if you have one) or refund unused pack lessons.
A single lesson can only be canceled and refunded to the original card — there is no skip option.

Recurring subscription products (Full Remote, Mobility, Arm Care, and any other monthly program) must be canceled before the recurring payment date.
If a subscription is still active on that date, that month's charge will go through. Cancel from the programs account (Manage / cancel subscription) before that date to stop the next payment.

Outdoor times follow sunset and weather. When it's dark or unsafe at DeSoto, that day's outdoor lesson can't run outside.
You'll get a text and an email. Reply Y to the text if you want Kyle to move your lesson indoors to Ballplex. In the email, tap Confirm for the same thing. Kyle will book the Ballplex cage for you.
If you don't confirm, the outdoor slot is released and the lesson goes back on your pack (or you can reschedule another outdoor time).
Separate from same-day weather: when daylight gets shorter later in the year, you may get options to shift earlier outdoors, move indoors, or keep credit / refund.

Pack lessons stay on your balance until you confirm and the lesson time passes.
The $300 4-pack rate ($75 / lesson) applies if you finish the pack. If you refund unused lessons before finishing, completed lessons are billed at the $85 single rate and the rest goes back to your card.
Unused pack refunds cancel upcoming pack bookings and go to the original card.
When a pack hits zero, you'll get a renew link to keep a standing time if you have one.
